Jesse runs the constructions department For Carleson Homes and Development Inc. Jesse holds an Alaska State Residential Endorsement and has a background in computer aided drafting (CAD), scheduling, and customer service. Jesse has worked for the company since he was 17 years old and is one of the many son’s of the Carleson’s who work for the company. Now, married and with a son of his own, Jesse continues to strive for a more efficient and cost effective way of building homes for the future. Jesse is a pilot and aircraft owner, a former member of the Alaska Air National Guard is active in his church and enjoys all kinds of outdoor sports including, fishing, hunting, and snowmachining.  He and his family live in the Valley with their black lab, “Hobbie Dog”.

Yes, another son – This Jesse is our Site Manager and Expedite. Many things a job have to be carefully coordinated that why an expedite is needed. Jesse works hard to keep the jobsites clean and organized, makes sure each sub contractor gets the missing pieces to this giant puzzle. Jesse is also married and lives in the Valley with his beagle, Boxer.

LeAnn has been with the company for over 10 years. She is in charge of keeping all the records of job costs and payroll. LeAnn is everyone’s favorite because she is the one who writes out the checks! Running several different jobs, building all kinds of different buildings is a challenge to a bookkeeper trying to keep it all straight – especially when the owners have 2 sons named Jesse – but she does it, keeps it all straight and organized.  LeAnn is an excellent pianist and lives in the Valley.

Tammy Brehm is our office administrator.  She has worked in Title Insurance and now is loving her career in Real-Estate. She will make sure your property is advertised in a variety of magazines, flyers and newspapers. She also works with all the leases that are handled by the company. Chances are her voice may be the first you hear when you call our office and she will expedite your call accordingly. Tammy has been an Alaskan since 1996 when she moved up here with her military husband and 5 children. With her husband now retired and going to college, she finds herself happily busy with her family, church and her job!  Tammy and her family live here in the Mat-Su Valley.
